Mini single digit LED clock, scratch built with 0.8 inch display, shows hh:mm:ss.  Decimal signifies hour.

Multiple display modes including fading by PWM, "growing" effect. PIC 16F628 and DS1307.

Binary and Scrolling Clock

2-inch 5x8 bicolor matrix LED displays time in binary (actually, BCD format. See the difference here.) The time (in green, 12:58:02) alternates with date (in red.) Turn the board 90 degrees and the display changes to scrolling numerals. PIC 16F872, DS1307.
